« Havre de Paix » can accommodate up to 10 people, with two private bedrooms, a mezzannine, offering ultimate privacy and restful nights. Additionally, the mezzanine features a dedicated workspace & a comfortable bed, perfect for those who wish to work or relax in an inspiring setting.
The fully equipped kitchen, a culinary haven worthy of a gourmet chef, awaits you. The radiant heated floors in the kitchen provide a gentle warmth beneath your feet as you prepare delicious meals. High-end appliances and elegant finishes will allow you to unleash your culinary creativity.

**One small dog per booking might be allowed. You need to let us know about your dog & we need to approve it** A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee**
Other Points to Note
*WARNING*
The estate is in a new developing area, so the roads are not yet paved. We advise you to come with a 4 wheel drive car in winter and spring although the roads and the parking lot of our chalet are professionally cleared of snow.
*SOUND DEVICE and CAMERAS*
It is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. In addition to a security camera outside (only) pointing to the parking lot and the entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device inside and outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches too high a decibel level. We have had bad experiences in the past, and the detector allows us to demonstrate to neighbors and police forces that there really was excessive noise or not. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound that our neighbors may hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record audio. Thank you for respecting our neighborhood and enjoy the song of loons and birds!!
*ANIMALS*
Pets are allowed with an extra $100 fee and a $500 security deposit.
*TV*
We have two smart TVs in the unit with Amazon Prime and Youtube but do not offer cable channels. You will have access to very high-speed Wifi with Bell fiber optics for other applications such as Netflix and Disney+ on which you can connect your account.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is a wood fireplace at your disposal, You have to provide your own wood. Also, you must bring your own kindling and/or paper to facilitate starting.

Super quiet neighborhood with 50,000 square feet of land
A vehicle is required to move around (For winter we suggest a 4 wheel drive vehicle) And we strongly suggest parking the vehicle near the street in winter to avoid getting stuck in the parking lot.

*WINTER*
Depending on the ice conditions, it is possible to skate on the lake. I ask you to always be careful and to inspect the ice well before venturing into it. You can also visit the municipal ice rink. You cannot ice fish on the lake. Visit the Lanaudière website to find out about the sites near the chalet that offer this activity.
