✦ Rest in one of our 3 bedrooms, two closed bedrooms and one open. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed with 2 single bunk beds, the second offers a Queen bed, and we have a Queen Murphy bed in the garden level living room. Bath towels and bedding are included.
✦ The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and stove so you don’t have to bring anything else but your food! All dishes, utensils and glasses for 12, pots, cauldrons, and even a raclette set, a cheese and chocolate fondue set, an electric filter coffee maker and a Nespresso are on site for your use! Some food essentials are also provided, such as salt, pepper, and items for cleaning (soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, bags, paper towels, etc.)
✦ The dining room can accommodate 8 guests with its large table.
✦ In the living area you can enjoy a smart TV allowing you to connect to your favorite applications. A large sectional awaits you there, as well as a suspended chair, near the warm wood-burning fireplace. The garden level living area also offers bean bags for relaxing, a 2nd smart TV and a small fridge.
✦ The chalet is equipped with air conditioning, heated floors and drinking water. There are two full bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the ground floor in addition to a powder room on the ground floor. The washer and dryer will be accessible to you.
✦ Outside, you will enjoy a large lot isolated by greenery, you can enjoy the relaxation spa all year round, after a day of activity in the region!
Guests access
✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of a storage space.
By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Handbook giving you all the important information you need to know about the chalet, plus addresses for nearby activities and restaurants!
Other points to note;
*WARNING*
The estate is in a new developing area, so the roads are not yet paved. We advise you to come with a 4WD car in winter and spring although the roads and the parking lot of our chalet are professionally cleared of snow.
*SOUND DEVICE*
It is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. In addition to a security camera pointing towards the parking lot and the entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches too high a decibel level. We have had bad experiences in the past, and the detector allows us to demonstrate to neighbors and police forces that there really was excessive noise or not. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound that our neighbors may hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record audio. Thank you for respecting our neighborhood and enjoy the song of loons and birds!!!.
*ANIMALS*
Pets are ALLOWED at the cottage. With a 100$ adder and a 500$ deposit.
*TV*
We have 2 smart TVs in the unit with Amazon Prime and Youtube but do not offer cable channels. You will have access to Wifi with Bell 300mb optical fiber for other applications such as Netflix, Disney + on which you can connect your account.
*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is a wood burning fireplace at your disposal. We provide a few logs but you have to provide your own wood. Also, you must bring your kindling and/or paper to facilitate starting.

*WINTER*
Depending on the ice conditions, it is possible to skate on the lake. I ask you to always be careful and to inspect the ice well before venturing into it. You can also visit the municipal ice rink. You cannot ice fish on the lake. Visit the Lanaudière website to find out about the sites near the chalet that offer this activity.
